Data update subscriptions
Backtests decay the moment you stop updating. A subscription keeps your archive current, daily, weekly, or monthly deltas over FTP, API, or Kibot Agent, plus access to any tick, bid/ask or minute data you’ve purchased separately.
Choose a plan
All tiers rebill every 30 days through FastSpring from the day payment was processed, not on the first of the month. Cancel any time, access to already-delivered data continues to the end of the current period.

What every subscription includes
- Up to five concurrent connections across API, FTP, and Kibot Agent, from a single source IP.
- Four parallel delivery paths: Kibot Agent, FTP archives, Historical Data API, or direct download links on your account page.
- Updates ready before 8 AM ET on each refresh day, Tuesday morning is the safe window for weekly and full archives.
- Corrections and backfills applied to historical files as vendors restate prints or dividends.
- No real-time or streaming data, Kibot is a historical-data vendor. Premium intraday prices for stocks and ETFs are delayed by 30 minutes during the regular session.
How current your data is
Your intraday and tick data is current through the point your plan's cadence allows: daily plans (Premium, Professional) through the last completed trading day, weekly plans (Standard) through the most recent completed week (unlocked Saturday 4 PM ET), and monthly plans (Basic) through the last month-end. Daily (end-of-day) bars are always fully current on every plan, the cadence applies to intraday and tick data only. If a cutoff lands on a weekend or holiday, the data ends on the prior trading day. Subscriptions and any one-time purchases combine in your favor: whichever entitlement gives you fresher data is the one you get.
Billing
Every plan rebills every 30 days starting on the day payment was processed, not on the first of the month. Payments are handled by FastSpring, a globally registered Merchant of Record, Kibot never sees or stores card numbers. See FastSpring payment for the full order flow, supported methods, and invoice options.
Tick, bid/ask, and other extras
Subscriptions include minute and daily intervals. Tick data, aggregate bid/ask, or additional instrument types are sold separately on the Buy Data page. Once purchased, the subscription keeps that data updated alongside the standard interval files, the subscription price does not change as more data is added to the account. The Ultimate Data Package bundles a full one-time archive with a full year of Premium subscription included.
