Status

Status command returns the status of the data server. In almost all cases the response will be "200 OK". In case of a maintenance or if any internal server problems occur, the response message will show different text describing the current status.

Here is an example of a successful status operation:

200 OK

Server Time: 8/30/2011 1:44:16 PM.

Remarks

Use the Status request to determine the availability of the server or to keep your session alive so you do not need to login to the server frequently. The time out interval for user sessions is set to 20 minutes.
